So it is not a new item, its just that no one has it up for trade.

According ot stats.tf there are non in existence.

so after a ton of research maybe nobody bought those action figures which make it non existent or very rare that nobody has one listed

Yeah thats what I'm thinking, its unfortunate, now its imposssible to collect a full set of genuines

yeah that is unfortunate I have full set of Vintages before the glitched vintages got put into effect

Was it ever on sale? Or was it just announced? The wiki also lists genuines for medic and sniper and none of these can be found on market as well, most probably the figures dont have been released yet, otherwise there would be for sure some of these items available.

I can confirm the Scout action figure (as well as medic and sniper) have not been released yet. They will probably be released sometime next year, knowing NECA's scheduling.
