so yesterday I got permanently banned for allegedly being an alt, apparently the only reason for me being banned was that I logged in from university...a place with ~40,000 people, and I know several that play tf2, I was very cooperative with the person on appeal and asked what I could do to prove I wasn't an alt. As a response he said someone else logged on from where I am (again this is quite likely) and so permanently banned me from outpost. Anything I can do?
