No one can help you here on the forums and bumping your ban appeal is not going to make the process any faster, you'll have to patiently wait for a staff member to deal with your issue.

It works perfectly fine. Go to http://www.tf2outpost.com/search, select "Steam Inventory" from the drop down menu on the right, search the name of the game using the search bar on the left, select the game(s) you're looking for and when done hit the green "Search" button.

You did not mention that you are having this problem on mobile. Uhm, on mobile, try tapping in front of the date and the options will show up, tapping on the date might close your trade instead of bumping it.

You have to hover over the trade for the bump button to show up.
