Don't know, can I broker items on tf2op? Found this rule but I'm not sure if that also says you can't offer brokering services.

7. No trades that aren't trades. This rule includes any form of donations, services, asking for crates to unbox, troll trades, building up one weapon to an unusual, raffles, etc.

Yes, you are allowed to broker items on tf2op and to also mention that you are brokering those items, but you are not allowed to advertise your brokering service.

Allow me to state, you can NOT broker for anyone that is banned on Outpost, regardless of any reason for that ban.
