Sneeza pls, got sold a banned account and all my alts are banned because of it.
the German guy wanted to buy my account, right? OK so he bought it for 35 cs:go keys because it had 7,000+ hours on it. he gives me an account with 35 keys on it. and BAN, when i log in i have an outpost ban. i am immediately like "wtf ?" he sold me a marked account. marked for selling hijacked items. the keys on the account aren't hijacked but i suspect the tf2 ones are.

Irrelevant, the account for the purposes of SR is yours.
Buying/selling/trading/lending or any other transfer of ownership of a steam account does not negate a banned tag nor are you able to appeal for the account.

This is also irrelevant to tf2outpost as you were banned via Fortress of Gamers.

Why would you sell him an account with cash reputation, clean rep, and 7k hours. He's probably a scammer and that account is NOT his, none of the rep there means anything now, but he's going to pretend it does and that he was you all along... IMO You should be banned for trading with marked scammers (trading an ENTIRE account, and for god's sake he had a marked account that he GAVE YOU) and for selling an account like that to a random person. Account sharing isn't allowed especially in this way.

As what has been already said above, that account is marked. Also, you are not allowed to buy or sell accounts via the Valve TERMS OF SERVICE. Thus, you own a marked account and any account associated with you and it also get banned. I assure you, Sneeza is not going to lift that ban as ALL SteamRep marked accounts get auto banned on Outpost.
