For future reference, the link to the rules section is located at the bottom of every Outpost page. Here is a screenshot for reference: http://outpost.gg/bal/atmypy.png

Its not at all uncommon for sites to list important site related links at the bottom of each page. The same is done on every major TF2 trade related site.

Well thank you for the good info.

I have an ad blocker so it sometimes blocks links like that, like just now I had to allow it to show me the links at the bottom of the page.
