In my opinion, it does not matter whether or not the accused in that case is guilty, whether the report has enough evidence, whether they are/will be tagged, or what the admin decides on the report, Hanbammer has traded with a scammer. Per the screenshots provided, and the accused's own admission, the user that he traded with blatantly scammed the item off the victim of that report.
