Yeah, but the waiting is the problem. People get away with most of the stuff as soon as they close their trades.

No they don't get away with it persay, if they close a trade that we would have just closed anyway then it doesn't really matter

If the user broke the rules to the extent of where they will get banned then they will be not depending on if the trade is open or not

But you won't warn (not ban) them to not do that, and they'll open another trade that breaks the rules.

I reported 1 guy about 20 times for relisting, (he selling csgo in 5 or more different trade), and all my tickets are closed without any answer, and the trades are still up, but he is not selling csgo atm becouse he is out of stock, but he have some other relist trades. (goat simulator in 5 different trade with the same price, halo in 3 different trade, etc)

I would say that reporting a single guy 20 times is not the right thing to do.

All you have to do is report a single trade of his for relisting, and wait. It will eventually be seen by an admin/moderator.
You're adding to the amount of tickets there are to the large number of tickets there already are.

First i just reported 1 trade. After when i saw nothing happened, i reported ONLY those trades which were relists.

I reported 1 guy again for relisting, with 5 relist trade. It is assigned to Mr.Rager, so probably nothing will happaned, the ticket will be unanswered for 1 week and after closed.

"I understand that people are busy with real life and other things" If you're an admin then I assume you have the time to do what you have been assigned to. Don't go for mod/admin if you know you don't have the time.

Again, simple solution to all this. Get more mods and admins.

I reported a trade for relisting too (the user has more then one relist. I reported only one). After 1 week the ticket is automatically closed. Maybe relisting is not important enough.

For whatever reason outpost has made site design decisions which result in high requirements of moderation man hours. So yea its going to take a while.

What are you talking about, the amount of reports we get is still the same, if you find that one or more staff members are not doing their job then feel free to make a ticket about it
