Tickets not being answered, 3 tickets, 3 months
So I posted a ticket to get my alt unbanned after I got it back from scammer, nearly 3 months ago. It was assigned to helenangel and I've got no response, even though Ive bumped it two or three times. I also posted on her discussion thread in the outpost forums, but she seems dead on there too.

So I raised another ticket a few weeks back and it got assigned to helenangel and I got no response, so I bumped it and nothing happened.

So I raised another ticket and it got assigned to helenangel, is anything going to happen ?

Is helenangel active ? If she isn't, why are tickets being assigned to her ?

Appreciate the number of tickets you guys get, probably in the 100s a day range. But its been months now, and its getting really frustrating. Pls unban my account, it has nothing in it but my spellbooks.

i dont believe there's someone handling the support tickets anymore. i have a bunch of tickets open, from 1 week to 3 months. i kinda begun to avoid reporting, since it's pointless

TF2Outpost is currently in the process of hiring more staff members. Since a few members retired it's been difficult to keep up with the huge amounts of tickets.

Same thing for me I have a ticket open for over a month and no response and I really want my account unbanned, all I did was set my profile to private :|

And my 2 week old ticket is updated now. Closed without any answer, and the trades are still up, those which i reproted. And they are not false reports, the trades are obvius relists.

Just wondering, why aren't his trades relists? Rager closed my ticket without any respond. Ok, but if you explain me why, I won't report similar trades.
