Banning for being "rude"
Can someone please tell me how me calling someone retarded for not being able to read my 1 sentence note is classified as being "rude" and then I get auto banned, but when ppl completely dis-regard reading my notes and wasting my trade space/time, it's not "rude?" Seems pretty damn rude to me when ppl completely ignore the notes. I mean if they can ignore my notes, they can ignore my "rude" comments as well, no?

While both may be inconsiderate, there is a definite difference between skimming over someones notes and making an offer and you actually calling someone retarded.

Insults that are used to directly belittle others are not welcome on the site, and will earn anyone using them in that fashion a ban.

People not reading something is one thing, calling them retarded is another, regardless if they decide to read the trade or not.

Skimming over my 1 sentence note of CASHING OUT PURE OR MIXED? Should you and I start skimming over things to read at work? And when you and I get fired, call the cops on our employer?

I'm not going to argue this type of thing. The vast majority of our users understand why calling others retarded in a more serious offense than not reading notes, and we expect people on our site to not insult each other, or else they will no longer be welcome for a period of time.

We have clearly drawn the line at what we consider ban-worthy, and we're not going to change that.
