Outpost isn't malicious or silly, like any website they have rules and you must follow them if you wish to continue using the website, quoting Toughsox.
There are more staff banning people than unbanning, you're not the only one waiting, there are others who are already waiting for months, you won't receive special care, especially if you nag on the forums.
As quoted from two other similar threads I replied to,
Precisely why they should put unbanning people just a biiiiit higher on their priorities list. Waiting for months is completely unacceptable. Especially when they are banned for asinine reasons, like myself. Somebody really needs to stop defending the staff and actually address this to them.
You broke a rule and was penalized for it. It has always been like this, and private profiles/inventories have always been against the rules and generated permanent bans. It's been this way for 4 years now...
Each staff is assigned to a different department. Some do bans, some do appeals. There are no crossovers. And handling ban appeals takes more time than issuing bans. Our priority will always be those who follow the rules (by also protecting them from those who don't), not those who break them.
