You might wanna ctrl + F5 if you're getting broken pages.

There may be some caching going on beyond your control and you'll just have to wait it out, and keep trying CTRL+F5 from time to time until it's fixed.
If you noticed with the images, im on a mac, CTRL + F5 does nothing, an its still broken
That was the first thing I did, for 2 hours and nothing :/

Try Control+Shift+R, or try holding Control while clicking the refesh button.
Apart from that I don't know what else to tell you, I had the same problem you're having in that video and a hard refresh fixed it, but I'd tried it a few times a couple hours earlier with no luck.
