☣ ฿LÜΣÐΣMӨП ☣. is mean
He banned me for advertising my FREE brokering service in comments under fault of providing service + asking for donations. I did mention that donations are welcome but never asked for them.
Because the rules talk about opening a trade that provides service I assumed it`s ok to offer service in comments on people`s trades.
I was talking about the ban with blue screen of death and tried to explain why I should get unbanned and even said I would not do it again and I did it because the rules don`t say its wrong.
then ☣ ฿LÜΣÐΣMӨП ☣ came and closed my appeal saying that if I do it again I get permbanned.
Why is he being mean to me???
Please unban me because I really like this site that helps gets trades done...

You seem to have broken many rules here and claim that the mod is at fault.

There is no rule that allows trades that offer services, the rules specifically say do not open trades that are not trades.

Soliciting your service in other people's trades is also unwanted and against the rules.

And lastly, using the forums to appeal bans is not allowed, only use the site's appeal system for that. If the mod denies the appeal, that ruling is final.

I have broken exactly 1 rule that isn`t really written down but rather I am supposed to understand trades providing service not being allowed means offers providing service arent ok too. they are not a trade that isnt a trade.
Also, the admin said I will be PERM banned if I ever do it again. Isn`t that a bit too harsh??
I was talking to blue screen of death and ☣ ฿LÜΣÐΣMӨП ☣ just came and closed my appeal for no actual reason.
I really think he hates me personally.

The rules state that advertising services are against the rules. It's the 4th rule in the first section.

You were also given another chance, I wouldn't call that too harsh. If you didn't learn not to do this for a second time after a mod tells you not to, wouldn't a permaban be necessary?

On top of that, there are hundreds of thousands of users, I find it very unlikely that Bluedemon would single you out personally.

the rule is as following:
"No trades that aren't trades — this includes any form of donations, services, asking for crates to unbox, troll trades, building up one weapon to an unusual, etc."
I DID NOT open a trade providing a service therefore I DID NOT disobey any rule.

Now that's just nitpicking. Just cuz it isn't specifically stated it doesn't mean it's ok.

I would like some mod to unban me or at least shorten my ban please.
It would also be great if you would say that providing services isnt ok even when you dont open a trade, it`s not clear because the service rule is under the trades that arent trades rule.

Its not like I used law not specyfying it. I really thought it to be ok. I`m not looking to break the rules or anything. just looking to help unusual traders who want to sell their unusuals faster...

Because it was not a misunderstanding, you broke the rules.

And it also doesn't seem to be your first ban, which is why you're probably on your last warning. You also seem to not learn your lessons, as you opened a price manipulation thread after having the exact same thing closed on you.

The mods probably aren't as forgiving as you think they are because you've broken the rules more than once. If you have already appealed and was denied, then please wait out the ban.

It is stated that services aren't allowed. It's common sense to assume that if they aren't allowed in trades, they aren't allowed in comments either. By your logic it is ok to advertise services in a ban appeal just because it isn't mentioned in the rules.

You broke the rules, you got banned. It isn't a perma ban so just wait until it expires. Besides this is not the place to discuss your ban.

1st the rule is under No TRADES THAT AREN`T TRADES. I thought it was an example for a trade that isnt a trade. I got banned before for bullshit. That is not a price manipulation thread, it`s a key buy sell trade. I`m not tryying to use it as proof but to provide cheap keys to people who cant afford them.

And in fact if the rules arent clear it is considered to be a misunderstanding. its not like I use logical holes in the rules, I genuinely thought they meant it as an example for trades that arent trades.
