I dont think all the keysellers moved to a different site tho.
I went trough the search for keys for money and closed a lot who bumped the trade even tho they were out of stock, but i did find a lot who had keys in stock.
I could suggest going on tf2shop, it may cost a tad more, but they always have keys there.

I will sell some keys every now and then.

You need a sourcerep thread..0 rep min, but a thread is needed.
I will sell to my close friends first, then go down the list to see who looks trusting.
I suggest sourcerep...some users are really respected with rep, and even if that means paying a little more, it will be worth it.
So how can we change it? Simple..add a rule about sourcerep must be required in some form. If there;s a problem, that person's rep will be publicly scared as well as a steamrep ban.
Another option to just closing trades would be to have a separate icon/marking for people who want to keep trades open without having items in their inventory. That way these results could be filtered on a search, or an account setting option to not have the trades show up at all.
Problem is people have more than one bp much of the time, and I'm sure scanning backpacks like that would be a burden.
That being said if you are selling something and its out of stock, the icon should be grey'd out.
People don't do it because you can't undo this, and i think just adding the ability to undo that grey out of the icons on a post would fix most o the problems out there.
