My freind got hacked.
1 Of my freinds got hacked aprently, he lsot his steaming white demoman fro and a bud. The hacker deleted both of them, I wonder i anybody could hekp us towhat we should do, what part of vave should we contact.

It seams like he clicekd a phising link, can anybody tell us what that does? the phiser deletet the items, but can it also take over his acount?

The hijacker uses the credentials your friend used to log in to the website to operate his account, so, yes. But it's nothing more mysterious than you accidentally telling someone your password.

Does your friend have any game with CD-Key on account? If yes, just type it in ticket and account will be easy restored.

I was hacked once, the hacker played on mah skyrims changed my password, email and changed my name too.
Just go to steam support. dosent take taht long for em to responed add me to asked some quastions.

He only took some itmes it seams, My freind has his account back, just missing some items. But it's been around 3 days+ and no answear.

yea i know this guy deleted some it of my geniunes too i got them back from steam support steam support isint the "fastest" support yuoll ahve to wait also he better becareful after steam support asnwers if it happens again steam will not help (even thu its thire falut they dont have better accout keeping)
