Buying quicksells is in no way Sharking. Just because the other party is not willing to put much effort into selling and rather have less Keys and Buds now than more later, is not ripping someone off. It's a mutual benefit.
If you want to sell your Hat for a good price, make your own trade and be patient.
If you can't do that, make your own quicksell trade or "spam"-offer on the many quickbuy trades.
If quickbuyers want to waste their trade quota with rarely successful trades, that's also their business.
