Pre-ordered Game trading (Genuines/Promo items)?
So I have seen many pre-order game trading that give you a promo for tf2, so I just want to make this clear, if you pre-order a game, and put it in your Gift Inventory, and let's say trade it, would you still get the promo items for buying the game? Or does the next "Game Holder" get the promos and not you?

im pretty sure only the person who adds it to their library gets the items. it would be silly if it worked the other way : )

I can say from experience that the person who actually activates the game receives the items. I bought empire total war at a time coinciding with the promotion, and I received my 2 genuine items.
