"lowballing" and "autobump" concepts
First of all, I'm new to TF2 and TF2 trades and I'm trying to do my best :)
I've searched for it but couldn't find anything clear (yes, maybe I'm dumb :) ).
If there's any post explaining this. I'm sorry.

Well, my questions are about these two concepts.

As far as I can understand, low-balling is proposing a price very low for an item real value, but, my question is: isn't legit? I mean, I think it's deplorable, but isn't still legit? You can just deny the trade and problem solved isn't? It really deserves a ban?
(I'm not defending it, just asking)

"auto-bump" means that your trades are periodically and automatically "uploaded" to appear in new user searches. If not, you have to bump your trades manually. Am I right?

Thanks for your help.

its legal. its just the way a market works, people want to pay as little as possible for an item so that the profit margin is a large as possible. its not deplorable. sharking or intentionally going after newer players who do not know the true value of their item and offering way below market price is deplorable. if the offer is too low for you, the best option is to just say no thank you and hide the offer.

Autobump means that your trades get bumped to the first page so when people refresh, its visible. it is gained by donating to outpost. each level gets auto bump at various intervals. if not you have to manually bump to get it on the first page. for more info read http://www.tf2outpost.com/donate

But a fact is that people that sell to those quickbuyers are mostly new players so it ends up beyng a bit like sharking, get top donor status with 25 trades of quickbuys spam the bump button a lot theres always some newb that will sell his stuff really underpriced :3
