P.S.: After all, remember the volcano shard?
The shard was never worth alot, it was just hype and price manipulation, same thing with the Archimedes and the Balloonicorn
In my opinion, it kind of sucks, if dirty hats rise in value then it will defeat the purpose of trying to get a dirty hat in the first place, i just hope they won't be worth more then their craftable counterparts.
If it's the cost of hats that annoys you, consider getting an all class, like a pillar or modest, they look good and go on all classes. Deus specs and a merc's scarf/flair also make nice, cheap all class miscs.
tl;dr
The price will not increase, as with vintages, which apparently were supposed to.
well looks it true that dirty hats aren't going to skyrocket by next month and the first question is will the store keep the items clean if soo the dirty hats will take time to risemaybe a year or2 everyone is expecting them to rise right now but they dont understand that you need to wait for lots of new players to join and for them to get premium and look at the shop and be like hmm no dirty hats i want one then go on to buy one you know what i mean?
This in fact never really hurt the economy nor does it. The fact is when the sale hit everything was dropping in price while they were still craftable. Craft hats were hitting record lows and if had stayed that way..how could that have been bad for your average joe?
To encourage more people to buy form the store keeps the economy going.
