Is this against the rules?

I saw a guy selling a the fireproof diary, but its nothing on his acutal notes or anything im asking about. There is a guy named ALL SONS OF OLD GODS MUST DIE on his trade and posted exactly this

(also, there doesn't seem to be any rules against this on outpost. I did look around for a bit. And in case you're curious, yes, I am just copy pasting this on every trade I can find. It's just an idea, and I'd appreciate feedback, negative or otherwise. But, I'd understand if you just hid this, since it does bear a striking resemblance to spam. I'm taking a big risk by doing this, as I could get banned. HOPE I DON'T THOUGH!)

Isn't that price fixing, spam and in general just another pain on outpost. Here is the guy's trade.

I hope that you arent an alt of that other guy posting here to start an argument about price manipulation. but yes IMO price manipulation is a bannable offense.

It's definitely spam, it's completely unrelated to the trade, among other things. Simply report it and it will be removed.

Thats not the main thing that concerns me. Its the people that acutally agree to his proposition and it actually made a big enough of deal the spreadsheet changed the price. Though I don't rely on spreadsheet, it still shows the impact that idiot post did.

Artificial price changes have no bearings, don't worry. Hundreds of groups like this have existed, s. huntsmen and sappers, archimedes, gunslinger etc. You probably haven't heard about them, because they failed, generally miserably.
People will try and ask for a higher price, only to hit an ice cold wall of nope from the people who are buying.

Well, as I said, they rarely have much success, the only mildly successful one I can recall is a BMOC group earlier this year. The price went up quite a bit, but then crashed massively, my advice is to just keep out of those markets at those times.
