Scam Case (please read)
the 28th was robbed in an account (I reported to steam and send a ticket)
just want to say that I also communicated in a section for which your account will ban my tf2 outpost preemptively so until I get my account
the case is that this guy used my account to scam more users outpost of my backpack disappeared in one hour all my rare weapons, BMOC, created 40 and something else

Sending a steam support ticket was the right move. Sorry to hear that you got hijacked. The first thing you will have to do is change your steam account password as well as the email that you use for steam guard. You'll them need to scan your computer and email for any malware/hidden forwarding addresses that may have been inserted without your knowledge.

Steam Rep/tf2outpost cannot restore your items, as SR is not associated with Valve, but Valve can if your account was indeed hijacked.

A screenshot of your support ticket (with the appropriate information edited out) will be needed to confirm that you have regained control of your account and that Valve has looked into the matter. I suggest Imgur (imgur.com/) to upload your images or puush. - puush.me/. Its a 5 minute download and is a great tool. It auto uploads screenshots and creates a link in your clip board to paste.
