I once tried to start a trade on the Outpost, I had a private profile, it said I couldnt make a trade with a private profile, so I changed it, and it is STILL not letting me, please help.

Sometimes it needs time to kick in, when did you change your settings? your profile and inventory seem to be open fmpov.

Make sure you make it "Public" and not anything else.
