If you donate does it autobump your trades when you are offline or only when you have tf2 outpost open?

donating and getting auto bump, bumps your trades all the time regardless if outpost is open. 24/7 even if you are offline.

24/7 of course. Otherwise there would be no real use to it. It's specific purpose is to give your trades increased publicity, while you sleep, go to school/work etc etc.
