A MODERATOR WAS VERY RUDE TO ME

samhudson333 who is an admin of tf2op closed my trade of a lvl 100 dirty fancy fedora for 2 buds which appeared to be a troll trade even though i was being serious and he closed it for that reason. I added him to discuss this with him and he tells me he closes hundreds of trades a day and he doesn't know what im ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about. even if he had a bad day that still doesn't give him the right to swear at me like that. he closes down a trade i was makin good progress on and then proceeds to be rude to me. someone please do something about this. he also just now sent me this message "samhudson333: no, the constitution does. I have the "right" to swear at whoever I'd like. That there's a fundamental part of the first amendment. Now I specialize promarily in bird law, so if you'd like to go toe to toe in that, you let me know. What you're thinking of limitations. The site does not limit my ability to swear at ignorant fools who post a ludicrous trade asking absurd prices for a low value hat. The site does not have any jurisdiction whatsoever over my steam chats. I should have deleted you immediatley after realizing you didn't add me to sell me anything, but I'm more polite than most, and gave you a chance to discuss the closure. You instead took the time to question my abilitys as a moderator. Read that last word again. Moderator. I'm sure you have met better admins; all the admins are better than me, because I'm not an adminship cannot possibly be compared. Your trade was not making good progress either, you had an offer of a key and a bunch of people mocking you. It had no place on the site. Alright buddy. Well I've got ♥♥♥♥ to do, got no time to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ about over chat. You can go ahead and carry on your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in your appeal thread. Have a nice night."

Brosama, I'm terribly sorry that happened, but typically when you've, for lack of better words, pissed off an admin to the extent that you're being cussed out, you must've stepped over the line or something when trying to discuss it over.

In reality, your trade was an extreme troll. You'll probably get a bud MAX in years from now for that (assuming that TF2 trading is still buzzing).

However, if you can prove me wrong with chat logs (proving that you stayed calm and such throughout and he stepped over the line), add another admin and take it up with them. This isn't really the place for it.

I apologize in advance to any mods or admins that disprove of my suggestion.

Here we go again. You people with your retired hats and weird logic that these are worth a fortune now, and should be even more so in the future.

For crying out loud, uncraftable and especially vintage hats have been limited for quite some time now. Nobody really cared about those hats before, and nobody will ever care!

All you do with your trades asking for buds is creating more work for the admins because you are attracting trolls and then report their comments.

And the fact that you already got the exact same trade closed a day before, didn't ring a bell at all?

You conveniently left out the part before samhudson got "mad" at you. But even without knowing what that was, I can understand why he got a little unfriendly.

For instance, why did you have to SHOUT in the discussion topic? I consider that very rude!

Anyway, what two people write in their private chat is their business and does not concern anyone here.

In all fairness, samhudson333, I now kinda feel pity for the guy, or rather gal - judging from the profile.

It's now obvious to me that she's just a kid that took the word "bitching" personal. Maybe even confused it with you calling her a b****.

Apart from missing your notes not to add you in such cases, this all started out with a simple misunderstanding. I see no need to further ridicule her by wanting to "laugh at her".

The trade was ridiculous, he/she could have used better words, and it is your right to defend yourself, no doubt.
Maybe, once I came to the conclusion that I could be the father of that kid, that got my parental, protective instinct kicking in... ;-)
