trading issues
I just created this account like 3 days ago. how come my friend can't trade me? i just want the backpack thing so i have the ability to trade but she can't even trade me...

Steam Guard must have been enabled for at least 15 days to be able to trade. So if you only enable Steam Guard now, you can trade in 15 days. Otherwise you have to wait another 12 if you already enabled it from the start.
At now point must you disable Steam Guard, not even briefly, as you have to start all over again - I know from experience!

You'll also have to activate a game on your account (e.g. Dota 2 invite) and then wait 15 days. Limited accounts are not allowed to trade.
