No Fake Current Offers
I just wanted to be clear on this one. I have never nor would I ever post up a fake current offer. But, at the same time I just wanted to be clear on the scope of this rule. Is it ok to use offers from another websites if I provide proof or do the offers have to come directly from tf2outpost?

If that other website is publicly accessible so that everyone can verify your claim, I think listing it as c/o and also mentioning where that offer came from, should be fine. But only a mod can answer that for sure, of course.

Also using a link to that website is a different issue.
From what I've seen that depends on the mod that handles a possible report. I've seen both, bazaar links getting closed and some - actually only one I reported so far I think - not being closed.
But this discussion I thought was pretty clear about that.

So I would do it like this and be fairly certain that that would not breach any rule:
