if i get a tux on a f2p account can i trade it later?

We don't know yet.
The wiki says that some miscs and tools are tradable from F2P, but most drops are not.

But it will very likely be tradable when you decide to upgrade to premium at any time after March 1st, should it not be tradable from F2P then.
That would imply that the Tux needs to be worth more than 2.5 Keys to gain profit from farming it.
