Can I get my Cookie back?
For some uncertain reason, out of the BLU, I have to sign in via Steam, logging on, getting the code via mail, and insert that each time I want to jump on Outpost. How do I get my "cookie" back, so the website remembers me again? Obvious very annoying.

There should not be a need for you to "turn it on" unless you decided to mess around with your settnings.
What web-browser do you use

That happens if your browser is configured to delete all cookies at the end of the session. The Steam cookie that identifies your computer is deleted and you have to enter the Auth Code every time. So it is more a Steamguard / Steam and Browser issue than OP.

If you use Firefox (don't know about others) you can set it up so that all cookies except from Steam will be deleted at the end of the session.
