Acceptance of ban
I have been banned for some time now and I would like to acheive closure by saying I am sorry and accepting my permenant ban. I would like to thank the admins for what they do because lets face it it must be a pain in the ass to answer 100,000 appeals. Lastly I would like to ask that all of you be careful about what you say, I posted that comment thinking nothing of it on a saturday evening next thing you know whabam! So I am done
Respectfully,
!Dilly

Its not about being careful, trying to rig prices is basically criminal when done in business, never mind the morality. Price fixing/market manipulation....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_manipulation
Market manipulation is a deliberate attempt to interfere with the free and fair operation of the market and create artificial, false or misleading appearances with respect to the price of, or market for, a security, commodity or currency. Market manipulation is prohibited in the United States under Section 9(a)(2)[1] of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and in Australia under Section s 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001. The Act defines market manipulation as transactions which create an artificial price or maintain an artificial price for a tradeable security.

From what I've seen, no matter what you've done to deserve a permanent ban, nobody cares since there are thousands of appeals being made every day. Nobody has time for this anymore since Mr. Rager has "retired". I've also been looking for someone to look again into my appeal but as I said already, who cares. TF2OP is not a professional orgnisation where people have to do their job, if you know what I mean, it's just a group of people who decided to make a website just to make trading easier.

If you have nothing constructive to say, don't say it.

The admins are dealing with appeals, it doesn't matter whether Mr. Rager is away or not.

I wouldn't have said that if I had no point, obviously. The only one who was dealing with appeals was Mr. Rager but since he's not "on duty" now, I thought that there's nobody you could appeal the ban to since mods' profiles usually say "Do not add me to appeal your ban, do that on the website" and stuff like that. Also, I didn't mean to be rude in any way, I agree that I should have probably rephrased myself.

I dont think permenant ban is fair either but such is life, It happens to the best of us and with this new system online I would say the admins are working hard and I guess we all have to live with their descisions if we want to use their site.
Also I saw nothing in outposts rules stating no asking people to raise their buyout, but I admit it was wrong of me to try to cheat the system, I dont even use backpack.tf because its corrupted as hell im just sick of noobs saying (In prepubescent voice) "Hey bro I was just checking out backpack.tf you know my bible so yeah that hat 3 buds so hand it over bro now or else ill tell my mom!" Which im sure all of us have came upon a noob of that magnitude, I really had no idea it was wrong but I wish of you all to learn from my mistake and now post anything dumb like me.

All admins have been handling appeals in the site, you just had no idea of this fact.

I believe most of the staff do that because of the mass amount of adds they get every single day due to problems that can easily be solved in the site or in the forums. Every minute one spends talking to a user is one less minute working/managing the site. And 95%, if not more, of these adds are just complaints, curses, bribes or threats.

This was obvious but I just didn't feel like adding some mod to appeal since I had no clue how does the appeal system work since the site update. Been banned for 5 months, so I must have missed something I assume. Thanks for the help though.

Threads like these are causing people to spam my trade, anyone caught doing so will be banned.
Doc 7 Jul, 2013 @ 4:13pm

Doc 7 Jul, 2013 @ 4:14pm
I really cant tell I have bad eyes
Doc 7 Jul, 2013 @ 4:15pm
and I never really knew either now that I think of it is the star next to name admin or color? are you pretendeer but with a different name?
Doc 7 Jul, 2013 @ 4:18pm
anyway I am not asking to be unbanned I now see what I did was wrong but I just dident know at the time and I wanted to say that you dont have to be mean after all you were the one who banned me I just wanted to tell others not to make a small mistake so they dont get harshly permabanned without another chance of ever using outpost under that name again
crabislav 7 Jul, 2013 @ 4:26pm
So, in fact we can just add any admin (well, except for those who clearly state not to add them to appeal the ban) to appeal? I just don't wanna get on one's nerves with my problems.
