Yes, i've seen several people having been banned for offensive behaviour on the site. Just saying.

Usually it involves person A being an asshole, so person B makes is an asshole back only person A is a little baby and can't handle their own problem so they go crying to the Admins (Mommy Mommy, someone was unkind to me) at which points the admins ban the person who was not instagating the problem.

It depends on the situation. If someone just a small insult or just called you a lowballer or something insignificant, then nothing really will be done since that's just minor petty stuff. Only report if they personally crossed the line or went at you with slurs/hate speech.

On top of that, Outpost only deals with reports that involve the site, if someone insulted you over steam, nothing will be done.
