Hat level numbers
I know levels 0,1,42,69,99, and 100 can be more valuable to people. But I have noticed that some people collect all the level numbers of a particular hat. Is there any purpose of this or is there some way to make a profit from this?

If you get Lvl 1-100 of hat X, you could sell the whole thing WAY more than you could getting 100 of the hats at the same time together.

Or a collector really likes a certain hat. Who knows.
My mission is to get the Detective Noir with every effect possible. :P

I personally am collection level 0-100 vintage BONK atomic punch. I doubt I will sell it (unless I will one day quit steam trading altogether). It's a way for me to keep entertained on slow trading days. But that is just me.
