What levels are more valuable?
I noticed some people are interested in some levels.
What are those levels?

1, 42, 69 and 100 as a general rule. These have very little bearing on Unique items, as there is an endless supply of them. On Vintage items, LV 0 is also available, and is the most valuable by far.

Why is 69 valuable?

69 is a position of sexual intercourse between a man and a female, although, it can work female and female, and man and man.

99 can be somewhat valuable, and 13 can on halloween items

Not really, maybe on a few vintages and Unusuals, but on Uniques and non discontinued items, double digits are practically worthless.

so is a 13 on Halloween items more valuable or no?

It depends only on quantity distribution and number desirability.

For example, if any level has equal quantity of particular item with it, then the more valuable is one that is more likable. For example, level 100 is more likable, because it's the maximum value for the level.

On the halloween items level 13 is somewhat preffered because of it's meaning. And, for example, levels 42 and 69 are just inflated and have no meanings to me what so ever, so as to some other people, so they're less valuable, because less people want them.

The quantity distribution plays lesser role as we see in Max'ses: lvl 1 has far more items than other levels, yet lvl 7 is as invaluable as lvl 1.

So, basically, if you want universal answer, it's "go for 100", and for the other levels research is needed to determine their precise value.

the actual answer is "none of them", however levels are valuable if you're selling to a collector, and 42, 69 and 100 are very common levels that people collect.

Incorrect, levels have an effect on the value for every player. Very rarely will you see someone saying "I don't care about levels", and normally those people are people who are making quickbuying trades anyway.
I've sold multiple Lv 0, 100, 42 etc items to people, and none of them had collections.

Incorrect, levels have no meaning at all and they're only used to manipulate the price of an item. Normal players won't care and won't pay more for special levels unless they want to resell them to collectors.

I can tell by your BP that you aren't a "major" collector of anything. Go to that trade and offer him 3-4 keys and tell him that "Levels have no meaning at all" and that he's only using it "to manipulate the price of an item".

First you're talking about lv 42, 69, 100 items. Now you're linking me a lv 0 vintage item. Get your facts straight. And you're wrong, I'm a collector too I just don't collect special levels. :P

FYI I got many "special" level items in trades and nobody ever asked me for extra because of the level.

I'll quote the first post I made on this thread "LV 0 is also available, and is the most valuable by far." And I also mentioned above that on unique items that level bears little effect? Can you please explain what your actual point is?

You said that levels have an effect on the value for every player and I disagreed. Anything else?

Yes, I'll finish here, levels do have bearing, unique, not so much, vintage, massive bearing.
