Harrassment report (because I can't find a better place to report this)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/225823
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6391635
2fast4me is an alt of Skelter Helter, who is harrasing my friend through outpost with alts, making a new one whenever the last one is banned. Please IP ban him.

Here's the last alt:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/181103
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5369410
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5358036
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5361082
Which lasted a long time despite being reported on the site (apparently the reports break when he hides the post), and only got banned when I added a moderator about it.

And here's skelter helter's original account:

Yeah, that ban message.
Yes, I am 100% certain that these accounts are all the same person. I've known them for three years and my friend who's being harrassed for longer. I can give more references if it's neccessary.

Lastly, yes, I got myself banned from outpost on purpose, but that shouldn't keep me from helping my friend out with this.

There isn't a section because you aren't supposed to file non scam/shark reports on the forums. I'd advise to use the report option on when he posts a comment on your trades, and include all relevant information in that.

EDIT: If your friend is being harassed, then he should make the report. An investigating admin might need to contact him.

I couldn't find anything saying not to post nonscam/shark reports here. If I'm missing something, please advise.

They're not my trades, and the person who posted the trades has been reporting them before but nothing happened, like I said. Did you fully read my post?

EDIT: Thanks for the extra response.

Damn, I'd have plenty of examples, but the trash forum (where they move all the unneeded posts) gets cleared out fairly regularly. Suffice to say that one report section is called "Scam reports" and the other is called "Shark reports", there is no general reports section, because you are supposed to use onsite report system.

EDIT: Thought I should also mention I've seen people hide posts, and then find that the post was rehidden, permanently by a mod later on.

Why is he harassing him, his posts seem to be nonsense. This is creepy...

It's a stubborn ex case.

Regardless, it's still mass spam.

What does that mean? Ex- boy/girlfriend? That's what it seems like.

The person was spamming before. Got banned for it, made a new account to spam some more.
Hence an "ex" case.

Ah, it just seemed oddly... personal.

Well, it actually is an ex-boyfriend, so yeah. But it's a ban evasion case too.

Did not see that one coming. I mean really.

I thought people kept this behavior to FB and not to a trading community.

Completely agree, this sort of drama does not belong in a trading community

I'm not looking to make drama, I don't even want drama... the guy just won't leave me alone, okay? I'm hoping there's away to stop it so I can just trade my stuff without getting spammed with strange things.

No, you aren't the damatic one. But out of pure curiosity; can you explain this situation fully?

If it is of a personal matter I think its a little inappropriate to ask them to explain it fully. Ultimately if there is clear evidence of violation, the IP ban is not an unfair request. Unfortunately many service providers can change your IP or even do so every time you log into your interenet so sometimes these kinds of harassments are unavoidable. If it persists and you are in the same county / state / country, then you should consider legal action locally. Most stalkers can become physically abusive once they get bored of the digital abusing.
