Cant trade on the Outpost
it comes up with:

This player's inventory is set to private, and therefore cannot be fetched.

If you're trying to access a Steam Inventory, then there's a separate setting for your gifts which needs to be unchecked.

Try this : open your BP in Steam, click privacy settings and at the bottom of the list, set Backpack and gifts to public.

no it didnt i set to public and un ticked the box at the bottom and loged out and closed it then loged in and didnt work --_--

you might have to make your profile to public and not to friends only. i see that is friends only now.

go to your main page on steam>edit my profile>settings>profile status and inventory settings
