I think d3lta meant the new update where they don't show the entire description of the trade but instead just show us the first few lines(like bazaar). It's annoying that we can't revert it back to the previous settings. This was the main reason I stopped using bazaar and now tf2op is doing it. I'm not saying it's a bad thing for people who wanna go through many trades but at least give us the option to disable it.

I searched the entire settings multiple times to find a way to disable it but I couldn't find any way. I would like to appologize in advance and please do correct me if I have stated something wrong, thanks

I didn't actually try the option myself before posting, I just read that you can revert to the old version in the settings.

We've updated trades to always display a shortened version of the notes section by default. If you want to revert to the old version which requires pressing a button to reveal the notes then you can do so in your settings.

So with the new update to the site, the notes are now always shown, however they are shown in a shortened version where you have to click to see more notes without actually visiting the trade page. I would like to suggest that an option be added, along with the ability to hide notes, that allows you to have notes shown before the update where you would see the entirety of notes on a trade. I personally enjoyed being able to see the entire trade and listed item prices without having to open the trade, so that I would be able to browse through trades hassle. If this idea would be considered, I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: There is also another post by another user on this topic that I did not notice until after posting. I apologize for having multiple topics open for the same purpose, but I personally would very much so like to hear word on it.

it means that you can either make it showing 3 lines of notes or showing no notes (without clicking the button)

but you cant show the full notes by default...

I'd also like the old view back, it was more functional and required fewer clicks
