Report a translation problem
You have to keep in mind that dispenser.tf is a third party automated trading service and is not linked with TF2Outpost. As such if an item is sold on dispenser.tf it won't be reflected on TF2Outpost as well, the owner would have to manually remove it from the trade.
Best thing you can do is notify them that their bot is out of stock so they can either restock or remove the game from the trade. If they don't reply within a reasonable amount of time then you may report the trade as it would be in violation of the site's rules.
