They cannot accept items as payment for legal reasons. Yes, this site is based in USA(I think?) therefore, they have to jump through a ton of legal hoops. It isn't perfect. However, it is beautiful, and they are trying the best they can.
Make a friend with a credit card. Pay him in cash from your part time job, to use his credit card. Or just use some of your $1000 worth of keys....

1:Prepaid cards are accepted. That was mentioned in an earlier post. Or give a good friend 2 keys a month to cover you.

If you can't afford the $5 a month, don't get Premium. Simple. Seriously, outpost is still free to use. If you don't have the money to spend $5 then you can't be a Premium. You have a computer. You have internet. Be honest, you aren't doing that bad.

Don't wanna be a life coach, but if you don't have a steady source of income, then you shouldn't be spending enough time on TF2 to merit needing a Premium account. Get a part time job. "The economy is bad" THEN DON'T GET PREMIUM.

TL;DR : It is FREE. If you have the EXTRA money to get premium, that is awesome. If not, it's still FREE!!

You still have Donator rights. You are still permanently a Donator. Donator's just don't have any cool rights anymore. Damn. People don't know what the word donate means... I work in IT, I know how expensive it is to run these servers.. $5 a month is a lot of money for the little kids who don't have jobs, but if you fall under that category, you don't need auto-bumps and 25 trade slots. If you're running around with 10+ unusuals and complaining about $5... you are a whiny bastard.

If giving money to a website isn't for you, then sack up and go about your business! Stop complaining. This is a free service!! For an online game!! Either shut up and pay your $5, or suffer having to click a button every 30 minutes.

To those who already paid. You only payed once, and had a semi-permanent auto-bump. Lucky you. Stop threatening to "call support" or demanding your money back. Sneeza doesn't have to give a crap about you. But they are giving you premium status worth 3x your money. That is overly generous from a business standpoint. Say thank you. Most companies would have said "too bad so sad, deal with it". Everybody always has something to complain about. Be thankful for how nice they are being about it.

That said, I believe there should be more "ranks". Like $2.50 for 10 extra slots, or $2.50 for just auto-bump but no extra slots. Then a VIP with higher priority on searches, for 7.50 or 10.00. However, you know how you want to run it, and I'm thankful I get to use it at all.
