People might not be interested in your items.
Your prices might be too high, even if you accept offers people are not going to offer if you have a ridiculous listed price.
If you are not listing prices then people might just look for trades that have a price listed (I know I do)

This sounds like a Steam problem, your best bet is probably to check Steam Forumns and/or contact Steam support.

any donation gives you the same autobump rate, there is no way to increase the rate at which your trades bump. Of course if you are a donar you already have a bump all button, just make sure the autobump is on and you won't have to worry about bumping the trades.

Autobumping can be turned off on a per trade basis. If the idiots do not turn it off when they are out of stock then report their trade and a mod will deal with it (by closing it)

Did you ever think that maybe he was buying at 3 ref when he made the trade and as keys fluctuated in value he changed the offer in the notes instead of making a new trade?
