If they have an actual steam rep scammer tag I think they will also be banned from Outpost. You could always report them and worst case nothing happens to them (well worst case the mods get mad and punish you but I doubt that would happen unless you frequently make ridiculous reports.)

A used car is also something that can be bartered and haggled on. Maybe I offer less than the seller is asking, maybe I say I'll pay that if they get something done to the car first. Just because it is something that doesn't have a clearly defined set price that would require everyone selling it for the same price does not mean it doesn't have value, as there is still a rough bluebook value for the vehicle, as well as a scrap value for the vehicle, and a trade-in value for the vehicle. Like this TF2 items also have value, even if it is not clearly defined and can be a range depending on the buyer and seller.

If you're trying to get more exposure for your channel might I recommend linking it in your steam profile. Then People will at least see it if they go to your profile at all for a trade.

You guys claim no items in TF2 have value, if you really believe that then I'll trade trade you a key for a pair of buds.

You should be able to appeal when you go onto the Outpost website.
