It might seem like quite a leap but I already see people requesting things like, "I wanna follow my friend's activity, I want to like their trades, I want a wall so people can leave their comments on it". Maybe I'm exagerating but to be honest I just don't really see the need in it. If you can give me a good example like, yeah that can only be done with having a friendlist then I'm all ears because I can't think of any. I also have friends on outpost, that doesn't mean I'm interested in all their trades or that I need to be friends with them there too.

You mean less hassle. In fact you don't even need to visit Outpost to find your friend since their page is a click away.

I know what you mean, I just don't see something like this being implemented anytime soon. TF2OP focuses on being a trading site, not a social networking site. I don't see much use of having a friendlist implemented and I doubt many people would use it.

Most of the time you either want to sell or buy a specific item, you're not interested in a user's every single trade. And for that the bookmark feature serves its purpose. If for whatever reason that's not enough for you, just create a folder on your bookmarks bar called "Friends" and save every user's page there, it will have the same effect of what you are requesting.

No there shouldn't be a rule. If we had a rule for every little thing, the rules page would be so long nobody would bother to read it (it already is long enough).

It falls under the common sense category, you don't take something from someone else without first asking for their permission. You're on the internet though and the internet is full of assholes. Besides if you want to get really technical about it, others have already pointed out that you have no rights over a screenshot from a game that you didn't create, just because you took that screenshot.

Bookmarks are bookmarks, they're not deleted when a trade is closed.

You can achieve pretty much the same effect by adding one of their trades to your favorites.

Did you download something from that link or was your account stolen just by visiting the site?
