If anything, that trade is a lot more "misleading" than anything else. At a first glance, is he paying in metal, keys or both? If he's paying in metal I'd assume he's paying 1 Ref like the trade suggests, but no he's paying 0.66. Why didn't he list that in the first place? Then there's the Naughty Key, if he's not paying 1 Ref + 1 Key or 1 Key for a crate why did he list it? Oh he's paying a Naughty Key for several crates, but I only see 1 crate in the wishlisht. He could have put several to make it less "misleading".

Yet you're still defending him when OP's trade was simple. Have a lot of metal, want many crates. How much she pays is irrevelant cuz nobody would assume she has 8 Ref and wants 8 crates. It's clear as sky she wasn't trying to mislead anyone.

If a craft hat is 1.33 then stop hunting for the one person who sells it for 1 Ref. If you see someone with 1 Ref in the wishlist then don't get mad if they don't sell it for that. Metal is just currency and I shouldn't be forced to represent my items down to the last scrap if I choose not to just because others lack common sense. It's not like I'm trying to deceive anyone. Not only it looks ugly sometimes, but it also takes up space for other items I could put in those slots.

There's already a rule that says you shouldn't offer items you aren't willing to trade and frankly that is enough. Someone offering a Max Head for a craft hat (when in fact he'll only pay 1 Ref) is misleading users, someone who uses currency (keys, metal) to represent what he's paying with and is buying several of the same item, or expects change, is not.

Mind you I don't think either of the trades should be closed but as you can see what's "misleading" and what's not is too subjective. If you're gonna close trades for that, you're gonna have hundreds of angry users wanting an explanation of why you closed their trades and why you left more "misleading" trades alone. Seriously, what's next? Admins banning people for offering below/above backpack.tf price? lol

Just my 2 cents.
