Using two different accounts to sell different items is fine. However linking a dispenser bot isn't allowed (as far as I know) as its considered advertising another websites services.

If you only recently set it to public it might take a while for the servers to refresh your settings.

Items that are given to you via updates, such as the mundees wild ride, given out largely during the 2014 halloween update, were made to be untradable.

If your friend is logging into a different account, and your account isn't IP banned, it should be fine.

I've already reported this to Valve. The CS:GO official API is returning empty objects 95% of the times, which is why you're seeing this error message.

Other sites rely on the private Steam Community API but it isn't really meant for third-party use, so I stuck with the official API because I figured that would be more sensible. Turns out it has more issues, so I kind of shot myself in the leg.
