If you recently changed it, the site might take a while before it recognises your settings.

Some trades get more views than others, simple as that.

This is also caused by adding too many people at once, or leaving too many comments on peoples trades at once.

Its a problem with the steam api, and there's nothing you can do except wait until it comes back online.

Create a ticket on the site reporting the 2 users with any evidence you have. You cant do anything here.

This just means that the steam api is down, your only option is to wait for it to come back up. Once it has you will be able to make a trade.
