So I'll indulge the thread. The lowe prices on Outpost are just people looking for quicksells and I bet if you're looking at their trades you will notice that they are reselling the same item for the normal price. As far as I have experianced Outpost selling has nothing to do with those traders. People eventually just want something instead of profiting so those are the people that will post legit prices on your trades. If no one has posted for a long time then your prices are too high. Compare this to the normal trade servers in TF2 no one is doing the quickselling thing, it's stupid since you'd have to activly post it and get a tiny aduiance.

As for what Noble, Champ, and King were talking about. I think there's just a tad bit of misunderstanding. I think King was just being technical, because we humans just love that, and he didn't say he based the prices off the store. But the last line of the post im referencing was an unnecesarry insult. And what Champ and Noble were directly stating could be explained better. The trade system here works with barter no real corperations like the real world so the prices aren't as fixed. Though they do have confines in terms of supply and demand. Though there are the acceptions of TF2Shop, but they use real money. The only thing that would qauntify as a wholesaler would be the people trying to buy stuff cheap and reselling for a higher price. But they're small buisness at best.

Champ you did misrepresent your statement in an odd phrase. King you're right about the nonsensical statement but failed to read what he meant. Also I think you went in the wrong direction of mentioning money from TF2 store. Though it plays a role, it's not significant in pricing. TF2 economy is fucked up, leave it at that. And Noble were doing what I am doing now, clarifying statements, but from my personal point of view just slightly veered from the best counter argument.

Outpost has been having glitches with Dota items. I forgot what the other glitches were but I'm sure you can find the thread around here somewhere.

A lot the pricing in the two different spreadsheets are decent ballparks. Or you can use wharehouse because you don't have to find a buyer, just if they're overstocked or not.

You can search by effect, but I assume you want to search only the effect. I'm pretty sure you can't do that, yet. But you can fill up the 8 slots for now, I'm sure it's better to find hats you want than just a ton of random logo hats.

Look at it this way OP gets huge donations by comparison to some sites. Backpack.tf's top donator is at 45 and with a bit over 1,100 dollars total. But not as insane as TF2R's top donator being 1,000. Backpack.tf gets so little donations that when I donated 20.37 I'm number 19 and very few make it to 20.

In case people are curious, I donated 20.37 to get the top perks at the time it was useful. Also I donated to OP.
