We also follow SR guidelines for tags, therefore you need to bring this up to them first as they are known for tagging people for 1-3 offenses for trading with scammers.

It is not misleading because the account was banned. Banned does not mean "scammed" or "trade banned". Banned is banned, and that what has happened to the account. There is nothing wrong with it.

If you care so much about these things then you should have read the rules before creating the trades.

We have dedicated appeals staff, as we do for every department. Staff does not cross over to other departments unless requested/necessary.

Knowingly trading with a scammer or not does not make a difference. Our policy is the same for both cases, hence claiming "I didn't know" or "it was not my intent to" will not make any difference.

I suggest you wait for the ban to expire and be very careful who you trade with in the future. It may take more time and give you more work but it won't jeopardize your reputation.

No, we will not remove the message because the trades were rightfully closed. Also, trades can't be deleted.

You may think whatever you want, you agreed to the rules when you signed up on the site, hence any complaints or rants will be fruitless. Next time, read the rules before joining a site.
