They are your alts, you own them therefore you should know about them.

You don't go to the mayors office asking them to tell you how many houses, cars, etc you own.

If you lost an account information, file a Steam Support ticket. They know about all your accounts.

Well, we won't do that. They are your accounts, you are responsible to know their whereabouts.

It seems there is a connection problem between your computer and Steam's servers. There is not sure way to fix this.

Why don't you list all your alts in your appeal instead?

If the gift is untradeable then it is pointless to use another account for it. And if you intend to do a 2-part trade (gifting it to someone after receiving items) then I'm sorry but we don't allow this.

Why you can't trade the games?

The online status is not live, profiles are updated every 20 mins or so - the user could have gone offline since the last update. This is a limitation due to the way the APIs work and the # of accounts we have to update (which is not 850,000+).
