You should use the report system on-site for this.

The first one is closed, the other two ones need some more time as the user was online some time ago and they have a lot of open trades.

This is probably a caching issue, not an autobumping issue. That's why you see different times after refreshing.

It was DC maintenance. It had nothing to do with DDoS or premium updated.

That's pretty much it. The logic is:

1) Item is advertised.
2) People open the trade and then your backpack.
3) They don't find it so it's either an expired or inactive trade (for them).
4) They report the trade.
5) We see the report and check if the item is in your backpack. If it's not then you either sold it or put for sale on the market.
6) If it has not been sold, I ask you the whereabouts of the item.

Like I said in the trade, you could have just put a message saying the item was currently listed on Steam Marketplace, but instead you closed the trade and came here...

The rule you mention is under the common sense rule. A person cannot advertise/sell things they don't really own.

Note: Most rules are common sense and it would therefore be impossible to list all the things you could do to get yourself banned. Correct me if I'm wrong, but backpack.tf allows user to become permanent premium based on its item donations. The legal aspects must have certain limits with respect to the amount of donation and the restrictions.

Donations and paid subscriptions are different things and have different implications.
