Steam Politics? Legal rights to retrade? Be more clear with us, 'cause i never heard about legal decisions against tf2 keys trade.

It's in bold and underlined. There are reasons why they can't be accepted. The word "legal" should have given enough clue about it.

This is a brief look at Sourceop forums from the guys who buy keys.
If it was $1,50, it isn't anymore.
And i don't looked by 10 minutes. If you can find people buying keys for $1,70 and state the price of the key @ $1,50, what the point to say that isn't?

"Have been" is past participle. They were $1.50 before their price reached this amount, and continued to be after the spike, but donations were disabled shortly after.

Well, about credit card i'll tell you a story about my life. Unfortunatelly i can't prove it all, but i'll tell it anyway.

I went to my bank, Banco do Brasil, and tried to open a credit card. I have a debit card. Received a no, 'cause i can't prove my monthly salary without register.

The informations i have received: I need to have at last a R$ 500,00 monthly income, i need to prove it with my CPTS - bank extract DON'T count, don't fuckin' count - i need to be overaged (or convince someone overaged and with monthly income to do it).

I unfortunatelly don't have any guy inside the bank who can help me, so i'm blocked in a honest way. And i know many guys are in my situation too.

I know that in Caixa is even worst, and Santander works at the same way. If you know any bank more flexible, tell me.

I have an account there as well, and I got a debit/credit card when I had lower income.

So, you suggest that i stole the informations from my parents' credit card? Not gonna happen.

I never said anything about "stealing". I said you can use someone else's - you can ask someone to pay for you and you pay them back.

I'm totally frustrated. I'll lost the benefits i've paid for, i'll not receive a refund and i can't get them anymore. Thanks for excluding me from the system.

You did not "pay" for anything, you donated. They are very different things.

I like the conversation for those that had already donated. That’s really nice, I appreciate that! The monthly subscription is fine as long as it’s based on time period and not on number of trades or number of bumps. The price itself sounds reasonable to me, eventho it’s a little bit on the edge.

My questions:

Will you be accepting payments from PayPal accounts that are not verified by a credit card? I use an unverified PayPal since I don’t own a credit card (it’s not that necessary here in Europe), I always top up my balance through my bank account. Most of the stores I buy from rarely require the credit card verification, but I just had to ask to be sure :3

How many trade slots will we get in total then? Does it mean just 25 slots as we have now, 5+25 slots, or 25+25 slots? More trade slots would be quite handy since the explosion of trading cards thingy, plus Dota 2 items and hopefully even CSGO items in future. There’s just too many stuff to trade now and the 25 slots has been pretty limiting in the last months. I’ve already figured out the current way of using 25 trade slots, but it’s only because I started focusing on different trading sites to trade my TF2 items (50-70% of my TF2 to TF2 trades goes through different markets now).

Feature tips:

Reopening closed trades. It’d be really handy for the long-term trades with many bookmarks. Keeping them opened when they aren’t currently up to date isn’t good for anyone. It’s just a spam trade, esp. when the trader keeps it bumping (eventho it’s in the tf2op rules now, many traders don’t toggle the auto bump anyway). And for the trader’s side, it just eats one trade slot.

Lowering the auto bump gap. Like from the 1 minute to 20 seconds or so. Bringing the 30 minutes auto bumps would just mean that the trades would be bumping the whole time. So there’d be no start and no end to the list of offers. It’s a trifle, but many people care about this. Or am I the only one? :)

I believe you can send payments from unverified accounts just fine, I used to do this several years ago.

The total number of trades would be 35 (5 free + 5 from group + 25 from premium).

Reopening closed trades has been suggested many times and it's listed in the frequently made suggestions thread.

Trades will auto bump every 30 mins, not earlier.

Go to hell with this idea.

Yeah, i'm mad, so i'll do a naughty appointment. Feel free to ban me, i don't care anymore.

I'm not even mad with the premium thing, which i understand and don't oppose to it, besides i don't like it.

But what's the purprose to remove keys from the payment form? You already ask them as $1,50 each, you know you can sell for $1,79, so what's the fucking point of excluding them of the system?

And those who, like me, can't afford the damn paypal?

BluePay don't afford Brazillian debit cards, or Russian ones, or any European ones, so what the point to use the chutzpah appointment of "this accept almost any bank card"?

As well as paypal, who just accept credit cards. You know the hell that is to take a credit card? Don't seem to know.

Sincerely, for a international site with international members - and it IS an international site, sorry but you didn't have control of it - i never think before that i'll see the "american's centralized way of think" here.

This was a disrespect with anyone who isn't american or canadian. Even on totally USA forums that i'm used to go i saw something like this.

Go to hell again, don't have any plausible awnser for this. I'm outta here.

If you don't care anymore, why are you ranting here?

I believe you missed this:

[/b]Why transition to this model?[/b]
The fact is that once a critical mass is reached, donation perks are just not sustainable. TF2 Outpost reached that size long ago, and this is the best way we have found to continue the website without destroying it. In addition, item trades are very problematic and a legal grey area in terms of income, we can't continue to be taking them in such volumes.

Key's have been $1.50 for a long time, even BEFORE they were being sold for this price in the parallel market (SOP).

I'm brazilian also, and I have a credit card and PayPal account. Anyone with a bank account can have a credit card, even if underage. And you can always find someone with one (your parents) if you can't have an account.
