They are not relists. If all hats are different and the notes do not mention any other hats then it's fine.

Need help ! To admins and mods
You need to specify different hats on each trade, and include prices for each of the listed hats in the notes, but nothing else. If you refer to unlisted hats it will be considered relisting.
