I agree with this a lot. Trade offer button should be more noticeable and pretty clear to other users what that button exactly is. At the moment lots of users does not even know what the "two arrow" actually means and I see many traders have to go through the trouble of either explaining what it is in their trade notes or post an attachment to show where it is located and what it is. A re-work of how trade offer button looks like would be nice.

New mod, should have posted a screenshot along with the reason he provided. Now I can't really say whether you actually tried to hijack other's trade or not because no screenshot was provided by the mod.

Outpost rules states that : "No trade hijacking. This refers to the practice of a user posting on another user's trade and replying to their offer saying 'I'll do this'. It's considered rude and you will be punished for doing so." Basically, if you post on someone else's trade that is not yours and say to that offer "I can negotiate, I have the item" or "I can do this, I have the item" That is hijacking a customer from someone else's trade and this is frowned upon by almost everyone.

At the moment with no screenshots provided by mod, I can't say anything on your ban. If you feel like you don't deserve the ban, please feel free to appeal ^-^

I like Helen but I am not completely sure about this. All I see on these forums and Helen's groups is that they complain about her not taking a look at their appeals at all. I have never heard this much complains about other admins not taking a look but the percentage of Helen not responding to appeals are incredibly higher than rest of the admins. She seems like a very inactive admin at this point. She was very active at one point but doesn't seem like she is anymore. Perhaps they might want to hand the appeals over to a more active admin.

Linux explained it in a bit details. Nevertheless it states in the rule that " Users with premium status will not be refunded any duration of time lost if banned."
